About Erin

With nearly 30 years of experience as a locally owned and licensed real estate brokerage, we’ve built our business on trust, knowledge, and results. Since 1996, we’ve proudly served our community with a strong background in real estate, finance, construction, and property management, giving our clients a well-rounded perspective whether they’re buying, selling, investing, or developing. As a retired appraiser, I also bring a deep understanding of property value and market conditions to every transaction. I specialize in foreclosures, single-family home sales, intricate land deals including land swaps, tract land, and development opportunities, and I am also a probate specialist, helping families navigate the real estate side of estate liquidation after the loss of a loved one. Whether a property is tied to a will, a trust, or no estate planning documents at all, I guide clients through the next steps with care, knowledge, and compassion.

I’ve raised three children on my own, and they have each gone on to build successful lives of their own. I’m also married to my high school sweetheart, and family, loyalty, and perseverance have always been at the center of who I am, both personally and professionally. As the daughter of a retired Marine Corps drill sergeant and narcotics detective, with a mother who worked in security, I was raised with discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic, values that continue to guide the way I serve my clients every day.
